Advice for Guys on how to get Big Biceps

Let’s face it I think every lad wants to get advice on how to have bigger biceps. In this article we will list off some bicep workouts and other tips/ tricks to get big biceps.

Big biceps, also referred to as the disco muscles, pregnant swans, and big guns.

Workouts For Big Biceps:

  1. Seated Alternating Dumbbell Curl
  2. Alternating Incline Dumbbell Curl
  3. Seated Alternating Hammer Curl
  4. Standing Reverse Barbell Curl
  5. Standing Cable Curl

Tips & Tricks for Big Biceps:

  1. Workout your triceps – they are 2/3 the size of your arms
  2. Wear the right Shirt/ T-Shirt, the colour should be darker than your skin, it should be a tight fit, and the more of your triceps shown the bigger your arm looks.
  3. Shave your arms, if you have hairy arms it disguises your muscles (Hair hides muscle definition)
  4. Reduce your body fat – defined arms look stronger/ bigger. Rather than Fatty arms (Personal Opinion)
  5. Stay Hydrated! If your skin is well looked after and moisturized it looks healthier and glossier meaning glimmers of light will pick up on your definition.
  6. Get a tan, tanned skin looks more defined and stands out more against all clothing colours.
