Let’s face it I think every lad wants to get advice on how to have bigger biceps. In this article we will list off some bicep workouts and other tips/ tricks to get big biceps.

Workouts For Big Biceps:
- Seated Alternating Dumbbell Curl
- Alternating Incline Dumbbell Curl
- Seated Alternating Hammer Curl
- Standing Reverse Barbell Curl
- Standing Cable Curl
Tips & Tricks for Big Biceps:
- Workout your triceps – they are 2/3 the size of your arms
- Wear the right Shirt/ T-Shirt, the colour should be darker than your skin, it should be a tight fit, and the more of your triceps shown the bigger your arm looks.
- Shave your arms, if you have hairy arms it disguises your muscles (Hair hides muscle definition)
- Reduce your body fat – defined arms look stronger/ bigger. Rather than Fatty arms (Personal Opinion)
- Stay Hydrated! If your skin is well looked after and moisturized it looks healthier and glossier meaning glimmers of light will pick up on your definition.
- Get a tan, tanned skin looks more defined and stands out more against all clothing colours.
